Sent an email to customer support and they just ghosted me after I pleaded my case I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Spent over $300 to make AI reels with them and now nothing. To use the app, you need to pay a subscription fee and buy “credits” on a per video basis. Once you pay the fee, the app stops working! It tells you the video processing is taking longer than anticipated due to server demand. But it never generates the video. All the while, your credit card has been charged $40.
