After an arms worth of checks and a mandatory message. Healthier lives. If a person doesn’t have a catheter in morning they won’t at tea time. That’s care plan info. Sudden changes to health has to be reported. Blood in urine etc. pointless being there as well. It would also be logged in text. **Developer response:** Many thanks for your valuable feedback. We routinely collect the health and well-being data on service users to ensure we are providing the best possible care to keep our service users well for longer. The Healthier Lives programme is backed by a team of clinicians and registered nurses who use this data to ensure that we act appropriately in a timely manner. In some cases there may be times where we ask for more information and this is an important step to establish a baseline for an individuals health, and this should normalise after a set period of time. Tried uninstalling but still the same ### 1/5 — SH *2024-01-21* Since the latest update a few days ago can’t view Visit Details - nothing loads. Please fix ASAP, this is very important us. ### 1/5 — Not working properly *2024-01-19* Visit reports aren’t showing up for the past few days tried deleting app and redone loading but still the same. ### 1/5 — Good when it works *2024-01-18* The app in principle is really good & enables family to view visit details remotely, however 8/10 it doesn’t work properly at all. Visit logins are not available, details are not synced up correctly & in a timely fashion. Today, the visit is not showing at all! Not great for family who rely on the information about a relative with dementia! Sort it out I would happily give 5 stars! Adjusted to 1 star, consistently issues logging in. After the most recent update, I can no longer see any visit information at all. Makes the app completely useless! ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-12-11* As a family member the app is only any good if the carers can access the app or have phones that work. ### 2/5 — Not the best given you need it to work to check on loved ones *2023-08-05* Logs you out, makes you log back in like you are a first time user. Once in information isn’t there or is missing and isn’t updating the visit times. Yesterday said visit would be 9.25, kept checking as meant to update but then said has no visit due. Eventually could see been at 7.25. This information should be there for caters to see. Can’t get history to work. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent *2021-11-11* I am on the latest version 1.10.1 build 7038 Keep being logged out, reports regularly unavailable and Carer check in & out times not always available. I no longer message via app as not responded to by office. It would be much more useful to be able to message Carer. **Developer response:** Hi Nick, very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our app. We are constantly working on improving the app. We currently only have carer check out time, but we will make a note of adding both checkin timings also to our backlog. Highly annoying, given the amount oftimes I’m checking my rota due to lack of communication from the coordinators. It would be nice if, when in the “Schedule” view, the person icon was coloured blue for a male and pink for a female. I’m sure this could be easily done. I am unable to read my wife’s “Care Plan” due to the tiny text size. The app window on my iPad is the same size as my iPhone.
