Thanks for your help, pottery app maker **Developer response:** Apps are not free to maintain. If you’re looking for a free option, I can recommend using pen and paper. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in can’t see where to get help *2021-11-13, version 1.3.3* I can’t login - I have created an account but am going round in circles when it asked for verification. I put in the code but then I get an error message saying it needs a username. So this is not really a review, more a cry for help) coz I couldn’t find support contact details. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2023-04-26* I really really wanted to love this but it’s missing a big chunk of functionality. There’s no way to track glaze layering or link those to commercial glazes. The focus on projects makes it really difficult to add pieces that aren’t part of a big project. I do really like the inventory and being able to track firings but not being able to link my inventoried commercial glazes or texture tools to pieces means it’s pretty useless to me right now. ### 5/5 — Fantastic ceramic logging app for professionals or hobbyists *2023-01-13, version 2.5* So easy to use, everything in one place, beautiful user interface and great customer support. I’m a hobby potter who has only just begun using my own kiln at home. This app has proved amazing for logging my firings right from my first bisque and glaze fire. I can keep track of everything from what cone I fired at, what firing schedule I used, photos before and after the firing, how much power the load cost me, to creating my own tags to whether I considered it a successful load and or if it was cheaper because my solar system fed more power back to the grid. I’m sure being able to record how long each firing took; watch visually in the app as the firing progresses based on the schedule I programmed compared to what my kiln is doing; and being able to add detailed notes to each firing log will help me as a new kiln owner pick up errors and detect when my elements start to wear out. I love that I can keep records of the glazes and other ceramic related inventory/ingredients I own as well as the work I make all in one app. I can only imagine it must be incredible for a professional who needs to keep track of stock, projects, commissions, firings and plan everything they are doing. The projects tab is particularly amazingly with ways to keep track of which parts of each project are in greenware, bisque, glaze fire, completed or any other stage. The app has been developed by a great team too. I had an problem with the app that I am certain was caused by user error. I contacted the Ceramispace team via the app and heard back quickly even though it was during the Christmas/New Year holiday season. Roddy was so helpful and helped me through a few options to solve my issue and followed up afterwards. Such wonderful customer service. ### 5/5 — The best app for ceramic artists *2023-01-06* No other app has as many features as this app. Not a day goes by in the studio where i don't use Ceramispace.
