When home care fills up with scattered messages, notes, documents, things to remember and people to keep updated, it is easy to lose track. Cerchi helps you organize the daily care of a fragile person or someone who needs support, even if you start using it on your own. Keep notes, routines, appointments, documents, expenses and communications in one simple, private space. Use it to prepare clear messages, keep track of what matters and, when needed, share information with family members, caregivers or home assistants. TELL CERCHI WHAT IS HAPPENING Write or dictate what is happening in your own words. Cerchi can help identify updates, reminders, lists and expenses, then suggest how to organize them. For example: “Tomorrow I need to call the physiotherapist and buy a few things for my mother.” Cerchi can suggest a reminder and a list, while always leaving you free to edit, confirm or discard what it understood. GET ORGANIZED WITH CERCHI Cerchi only suggests what may be useful: a Board update, a reminder, a list or an expense to record. You can also ask the assistant to translate a text into another language. You always decide what to edit, save, share or discard. BOARD A space for keeping important updates without losing them among chats and messages. Record what happened, what should be remembered and what the other people in the circle need to know. DAILY ROUTINE Organize recurring parts of the day: meals, hygiene, special attention, checks, habits and practical instructions. The Routine makes it clearer what should be followed each day. CALENDAR Add visits, appointments, treatments, attendance and activities to remember. Use the Calendar to see what is coming up and reduce the risk of forgetting important things. LISTS Create lists for shopping, things to prepare or anything you do not want to forget. Check off items as you go so it is easy to see what is done and what is still needed. EXPENSES Keep track of care-related expenses such as medicines, visits, transport, shopping, household costs and other needs. TRANSLATIONS When family members or assistants speak different languages, Cerchi helps make messages and updates clearer through automatic translation. You can also ask the assistant directly to translate a text into the language you need. PERSON MAP Collect preferences, habits, things that help, things to avoid and useful everyday care information. A shared map to better understand the person being cared for and reduce misunderstandings.
