I haven't seen any other solution that is this seamless and easy to get started. Choose the event and start taking pictures. I take pictures everywhere I go, but I don't want to post them all to my personal social network accounts and it can be such a pain to deal with getting them into the hands of those at the event later. Ceremony allows me to take as many pictures as I want, and then share them with anyone involved with the event with ease. I'll be using it for everything from weddings, to concerts to business events and more. Tried closing and reopening, tried logging out and back in… super disappointing. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t even use it to rate it. *2019-10-19, version 2.1.12* Download, tried to create an event when I select the date the app crashes. Useless! ### 2/5 — Camera not work *2021-04-01, version 2.3.0* Great app, but can’t get the camera to work. ### 2/5 — Great Potential *2016-06-14, version 1.8.7* The good - I like the idea and had hoped this might prove to be a good existing app for me to use for a couple upcoming events. - the upgrade prices seem reasonable for unlocking full access to high resolution photos and custom event codes - mostly simply ui - no ads cluttering up the ui! Suggestions - could not figure out how to zoom in the app's camera making it not an option - uploading existing photos is good and needed but appears to only allow one at a time in order to ask for captions, etc. although nice the first goal for an event is to get the photos/videos. Additional stuff is definitely secondary - I was surprised the cell data upload defaulted to ON, but maybe that's just me - no built in app way to submit a review - experienced a couple of bugs trying to delete photos, or maybe it had created duplicates for some reason ### 3/5 — Okay, but not great *2023-08-17* We used this app for a June 2023 wedding. It is a nice idea but definitely has flaws. The biggest is that the video recording feature doesn't work consistently and if you record through the app and it flakes (like it did during our ceremony), there's no other saved recording on your phone so that video is just gone. It also doesn't let you record more than a minute at a time but nowhere does it say that. Many people got photo upload errors that seemed out of the blue. It also kept notifying guests and even me (the bride), that I was "missing out" on my event. In fact a friend just texted me that she just got that "missing out" Ceremony notification about our wedding...two months after it ended. Would much rather spend a bit more for a more functional app for such a big day. ### 5/5 — Super easy to use!! *2021-03-06, version 2.3.0* I mainly am using this app too keep everyone updated for a hand fasting ceremony for next year.
