The following day which was a business day my package was shipped but hasn’t moved since. With the expedited shipping they are like oh well. No that’s terrible customer service. Plus I had to reorder a necklace I had just over a year because it broke. Will never use again. Terrible. Even screenshot to show that fedex was awaiting the package with the tracking they sent and again it hasn’t moved in days.
