It’s always shutting down and isn’t controllable from the lock screen even though it shows up on it. It isn’t properly controllable from anywhere but the app and even that freezes. Most times I have to restart the app if it hasn’t already restarted on its own. I would pay premium for the service, but not until a new update fixes these major technical problems. ### 1/5 — App won’t load AT ALL for 3 days now... *2018-08-25, version 2.8.1* I pay for a Premium account and have been completely unable to use CM for 3 days. I deleted & re-downloaded the app and it sticks at the “login in progress” screen. I attempted to do a password reset and it freezes at the “request in progress” screen. I then tried to contact the developer but both of their websites spin and spin and never load. So, basically, all dead ends with not one single way to request support.
