## What is CertiPhoto?

Capture, timestamp, prove: create your own certified digital evidence, recognised by case law.

Designed in 2015 by a court-appointed digital forensics expert, CertiPhoto lets you securely geolocate and date a photo or video, and guarantee that it has not been altered since it was captured. You can build your own digital evidence, anchored in time and space, to demonstrate your good faith or protect yourself against certain abuses.

A technology proven for over 10 years:

Every capture is encrypted and embedded in a cryptographically sealed PDF/A-3B certificate: any subsequent modification is immediately detectable. The certificate is signed with an AdES-QC seal and timestamped by a trusted third party (eIDAS-qualified timestamping for professionals). Your evidence is archived for a minimum of 3 years in a secure cloud compliant with the NF Z 42-013 standard.

Every certificate can also undergo in-depth analysis after the fact: to date, in every dispute, our fraud-detection algorithms have identified the tampering, enabling fraudulent certificates to be invalidated across a corpus of more than 6 million captures.

CertiPhoto is recognised by French case law and is a reference solution for inspections under the French energy savings certificate scheme (CEE), notably since the ministerial order of 13 June 2023. Your certificates are designed to meet the requirements of digital evidence law across the European Union (eIDAS Regulation).

Très bien depuis plusieurs mois avec l’utilisation de 4 fois 5 photos par mois certifiées gratuites (20 photos au total).
Malheureusement depuis l’atteinte de 20 photos gratuite le compteur reste à zéro en début de mois suivant !?  
donc obligation d’acheter des crédits photos.
Cette limite n’est indiquée nul part et en plus aucune possibilité de joindre qui que soit sur l’appli.
Résultat je retire une étoile en attendant peut être une explication de leur part.

je témoigne que les photos certifiées par cette appli sont bien acceptées par les Tribunaux, notamment pour mon cas pas le Tibunal judiciaire civil de Chambéry 73. Pendre une photo certifiée avec mon i phone est très simple et rapide, il faut seulement penser à le régler avec la géolocalisation
