## What is certireceta?

Certireceta has the following advantages:
• Enhances telemedicine, removing the need for a face-to-face visit to prescribe medical recipes.e
• Reduces all the required computing infrastructure to the availability of a smartphone and internet connection
• generates a safe ecosystem between the participants of the process, doctors, patients, and pharmacies.
• Gives full control over the authenticity of the prescribed medical recipe
• Incorporates Blockchain´s properties in the generation of digital recipes, they become unalterable, secure, traceable, transparent, auditable and efficient
• Incorporates all aspects related to privacy in the use of personal data.
• The pharmacy cancels or "kills" the received prescription when dispensing the medication, eliminating the possibility that it may be reused.
• It allows the replacement/elimination of the traditional paper recipe, with which some bad practices are eradicated, such as theft of prescription papers, prescription legibility problems, prescription of recipes without indication, prescription by unauthorized persons, among others.
