Worked perfectly prior. Claims to work on iOS 17 or later, I have 18.xxx. Hoping it’s updated with the proper fix before CES2026 ### 1/5 — Panasonic Adware!!! *2025-01-09* This app is totally useless. Let me see... 1. Keeps pushing a Panasonic Ad every time you need to use the app 2. Pushes the Panasonic Ad when your searching for a company 3. Pushed the Panasonic Ad when using the map to find a company Then you need to start everything over! 4. No ability to add notes to the companies you favorite and visit 5. No links or menu to t HR e CES Daily 6. No link to PDF Maps that you can use to find companies 7. No links to PDF maps that show you the different technology sections Once again the hinders the ability to get the most out of CES. ### 1/5 — Lack of scheduling abilities *2025-01-06, version 10.3.0* So I thought the app would be smart considering the CES show hype, but to set up my pre-arranged meetings with venders, I found that it is not capable of. You can only schedule key-note types of events which doesn’t help me. There should be the ability to have the schedule linked to the maps so that you can easily plot out your days so that they are considering moving from one place to another to prevent wasting time hopping around. What a disappointment. And if this feature is available, why wouldn’t there be a tutorial to follow? Seems like a massively missed opportunity and a let down. Makes me wonder who the brains are behind this event. Also I heard many comments from others about the new innovation companies but how to distinguish those new companies from older companies? Start ups often have great new ideas I am interested to hear, but how to find them? There is no clear heading or searchable way… another disappointment.. ### 1/5 — Still Has a Crippled Search Feature, Cannot Search the Vital “ About” Field! Worst Event App *2025-01-03, version 10.3.0* Last year I and many others complained about the many gaps in this app, especially the crippled search feature that cannot search the most important exhibitor info in the “About” field. How does the CES Show ironically have such a primitive app?? For example, if you want to find companies dealing with electronic rings, companies whose description mentions rings a dozen times won’t shore up based on that description. If they use “ring” in their corporate name, Ok. But even then, you will get hundreds of bogus hits because it will find every company whose category includes “Manufacturing” because that word contains the for letters “ring”. Ridiculous. For someone trying to find new companies whose name you don’t yet know, abandon hope with this app and just wander up and down aisle after aisle hoping to bump into that needle in a haystack like our ancient caveman ancestors did. ### 1/5 — Get a PC App, for cry eye! *2024-12-31, version 10.0.0.0* Scrolling through the CES haystack looking for connection needles in a phone networking app is ridiculous. My back, neck, shoulders, and physical therapist wants to know what you were thinking. ### 1/5 — Multiple issues and no customer support *2024-12-21, version 10.0.0.0* While I’m able to login to the CES site online, I keep getting an error on the app that it’s unable to login as it “could not load CES identity for user…”. This is not due to incorrect credentials where I would normally get wrong email/password error. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, deleting the app and downloading it again several times, but nothing changes. There’s also no place on the app or the site to chat with support line. This review is literally the only place I found to complain! ### 1/5 — No added value *2024-03-29, version 9.0.2.5* The all is basically a giant database of information with no automation and doesn’t make the attendee experience any better or easier. The 3D map is useless. Go back to 2D and show me where I am at in real time ### 1/5 — Needs show planner *2024-01-12, version 9.0.2.5* The web site has a show planner so you can plan to visit booths. The app has no show planner. It needs a show planner by day, so you can organize your booth visits as an attendee. ### 1/5 — Cumbersome *2024-01-11, version 9.0.2.5* Not intuitive to use, maps are static and web site should contain the same information ### 2/5 — Searching for exhibitors only searches for name and their location at the show *2024-01-11* Very frustrating, low-tech app. Even though each company has some info about them in the “About” field, it is not searchable in the app. If you want to find certain products or technologies, you need to just walk and walk and hope to run into it. Low-tech app. Was a barrier to finding things because I thought certain technologies were not represented. A shane. ### 1/5 — This is a poor app. *2024-01-11, version 9.0.2.5* It is not very useful. The map and directions system is frustratingly unhelpful. The app’s only use to me is as a tool to see what exhibits are available and which venue they are at. This year, even that was problematic. After failing to find several exhibits and standing in some exhibits that were not supposed to even be in that location, I tried to find help. I could not find an app help desk, but one of the information desk folks said that the app might be using data from the 2020 CES app. Deleting the old app and reinstalling the 2024 app fixed the bad exhibitor list and locations. ### 1/5 — Nooothing works *2024-01-10, version 9.0.2.5* This app is unusable at the show, search doesn’t return exhibitors, maps don’t load ### 3/5 — Limited Location usefulness *2024-01-10, version 9.0.2.5* Finding yourself on the Exhibition Floor Maps does not work/reliably making Favorites, navigation, of limited use. The browser based planner is much more effective especially at sharing Exhibitor info. However it was ruined by the intense Panasonic full page ads which showed up on every entry into the app. Even if I just switch over to another app and then back again. Please consider customer experience next time when deciding on ad strategy. The real bonus this year was being able to get badged right inside the airport - 50 feet from my gate. Still no ability to add notes to the companies you favorite and plan to visit Still no way to go forward/backward in detail view of an exhibitor list. You always have to exit back to the main list (which usually crashes after you do it 3-4 times). Large waist of time when researching exhibitors. Still no links or menu to the CES Daily. But they added copilot 🤷🏻‍♂️ But glad that the pushing of the ads each time you open the app is gone and it's a little faster.
