You’ll always find power cut in Kolkata whether it’s a rain, slight storm or extreme heat wave. After power cut, they don’t have any other reporting option but this worthless app. In the app, after you report power cut, the status becomes resolved immediately, even if the problem has not been resolved. No one is responsible for extended power cut. Power cut may happen during morning, afternoon, night or early morning. CM should close this company or bring other private companies as competitors such as TATA or Adani.
