Enjoy using it! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bill Pay is the worst *2022-03-14* Having experience with multiple banking bill pay and report generating applications associated with a banking account, I give CES zero stars. 1. Bill pay transactions have an extraordinarily long window of completion. Other banking bill pay apps expedite electronic bill pay transactions, the same day. Incompatibility with Safari has improved, yet is still not seamless. To require a change in pop up blocking and drop security fire walls in order to use bill pay, and then reset security features in safari browser when finished with bill pay, is one of many reasons we will be using another banking institution in the near future. ### 1/5 — I hate this app *2021-04-15, version 4.25.175* It barely functions and looks like a community center bulletin board ### 1/5 — Good app just need finger id to work *2021-02-15* I’ve used this app for awhile it works great except for the finger id. Since the last big update for the app the finger id will not register it automatically switches off when you try to turn it in. I’m really tired of typing in my password. There was a bug that kept shutting off my bio settings and an IOS upgrade fixed it. I use this app daily and highly recommend it. (Dec 4) “on my iphone app, the bio settings have arbitrarily shut off twice in 2 days and once 2 weeks ago. The convenience of quick balance while I’m at a store or to monitor for fraud during this busy shopping season is completely destroyed. It is easier to log in to the website because my login info is saved.
