## What is Çetele?

Çetele is a mobile app that keeps the till, costs, stock, appointments and members for small businesses. Note the day in a few taps; Çetele tells you what you earned and where the money went. It doesn't issue invoices and isn't accounting software.

YOUR MONEY: WHAT'S IN THE TILL, WHAT DID YOU EARN?
• Today, this week, this month: sales, purchases, fixed-cost share and net
• Where the money went: purchases, rent and bills, bank spending, refunds
• Rent covered? "Fixed costs need about ₺1,200 profit a day; this month averages ₺950."
• What should be in the till: cash apart, card payments apart; ₺ $ € in separate drawers
• Share a bank statement; spending sorts itself (Turkish banks, TRY)

TAX: NO SURPRISES AT MONTH END
• Log the invoices you issue and mark receipts; see roughly what VAT the month will cost (till-receipt sales not included)
• Rent withholding: your real rent and what you pay every 3 months, with the deadline
• An estimate; your accountant has the exact figure

FROM EXCEL IN ONE GO
• Bring your stock, product, customer, member, staff and cost lists from Excel, CSV, Numbers, a Google Sheets link or a paste
• See every row before saving; undo the whole import in one tap

QR MENU AND YOUR WEB PAGE
• Your prices, services or packages at cetele.site (in each customer's language); customers scan the QR, no app needed
• Change a price in Çetele and your page follows within a minute
• A QR poster and a printed A4 price list in one tap; 12 themes

A PRICE RISE REACHES EVERY PRODUCT
• "Pistachios went up 18.2%. 4 products affected."
• Recipe costs update themselves; Çetele suggests the price that keeps your margin
• Flags anything you sell at a loss

FOR SHOPS AND WORKSHOPS
• I bought stock · I made a batch · I recorded sales · Something was wasted · I counted stock
• End of day: the day's batches, sales and leftovers in one go
• Days of stock left, order suggestions, WhatsApp orders, store credit, returns, expiry
• Records work offline

FOR APPOINTMENT BUSINESSES
• Hair, nails, barbers, skin care, physiotherapy, psychologists: tap "Done" and the fee goes into the till
• Session packages, "pays later", the same time every week in one save
• No-shows, last visit and what they owe on the customer's page

FOR MEMBERSHIP BUSINESSES
• Pilates, gyms and courses: packages, classes left, the class schedule
• No register: everyone counts as present when a class ends; you only mark who didn't come or can't
• Instalments, freezes, teacher pay, "Renewed?" and how many members cover the rent

WITH YOUR TEAM
• Staff record but never see money; managers see everything
• Pay, advances, bonuses and leave; a month-end "To pay" sheet on WhatsApp

RECORDING IS ALWAYS FREE
Purchases, sales, stock, appointments, members, classes and alerts are free on every plan. Every new business gets the till, profit, costs and reports free for its first 40 entries.

ÇETELE PRO
• The till, earnings and where the money went
• Costs, margins and price suggestions
• Reports, the weekly summary, bank statements and Tax
