## What is Cethos Time Clock?

Cethos Time Clock is the official time-tracking and payroll companion for Cethos Solutions Inc. employees and contractors.

Designed for field teams, warehouse staff, and office workers, the app makes it effortless to:

• Clock in and out with a single tap. GPS verifies you are on site at an assigned job location, with Wi-Fi network as an alternative when satellite signal is weak.
• Take lunch and coffee breaks the right way. The app tracks paid vs unpaid time and respects company break policy, including the 15-minute daily paid coffee cap.
• Stay on top of break time. Persistent reminders alert you when your break is ending and keep nudging you until you tap End — so you never accidentally extend a break.
• Review every paystub. View your year-to-date earnings, deductions (CPP, EI, federal, provincial), and net pay, with a downloadable PDF for your records.
• Request leave and timesheet edits. Submit requests directly from your phone; your manager reviews and approves on the web.

For employers running Cethos Time Clock, the system delivers full CRA-compliant payroll: per-paystub federal and provincial tax tables (T4127), CPP and CPP2 calculations against current YMPE/YAMPE, EI with the standard 1.4× employer multiplier, monthly remittance tracking with PD7A worksheets, T4-ready year-end totals, and one-screen visibility across multiple cost centers.
