Several times used and not only does it work every time it is fast. Status only updated when shipment scanned at each handling point. Status did not change after Sat delivery 9am-1pm window passed then not after 5pm nor evening failing to deliver before Super Bowl as promised. App does not track recent waybills in a session so have to reenter waybill number. App does not allow leaving messages for driver when goes past delivery window. Does not provide means to contact customer service when goes past delivery window.
