Worst app since iPhone 1st Generation *2014-12-13, version 2.0* I have been using iPhone since first generation and have used thousands of different apps. Never seen an app that just crashes and nothing else. No use at all. Absolute Zero. Nada. I hope this shipping company didn't pay anything to the developer, and actually got their money back for the bad reputation they are getting. This app is a black spot on iTunes App Store. ### 1/5 — Crashes upon search *2014-11-24, version 2.0* App hasn't been updated for iPhone 5 and newer screen sizes. (But both of these things you'll already know, right?) Cons: No push updates, and it can't provide the same level of info as the website. Instead it just tells you what the website does, so really I'd just use the browser and save the install space. iPhone 5 screen support would be nice too, maybe even a map view to see where a package was and when. Status did not change after Sat delivery 9am-1pm window passed then not after 5pm nor evening failing to deliver before Super Bowl as promised. App does not track recent waybills in a session so have to reenter waybill number. App does not allow leaving messages for driver when goes past delivery window. Does not provide means to contact customer service when goes past delivery window.
