## What is Çevik?

Çevik builds a personal plan for training at home with no equipment. Tell it your goal, your level, and how many days and minutes you can spare; it arranges the rest.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOU
You start with six short questions: goal, level, days, duration, equipment. The plan gets gradually harder over six weeks. After each workout it asks how it felt; if it was easy the load goes up, if it was hard it eases off.

46 EXERCISES
40 of them need no equipment at all; if you have a mat, dumbbells or a resistance band, it uses those too. Every exercise comes with step-by-step instructions, common mistakes, and an easier and a harder variation.

NO NEED TO WATCH THE SCREEN
The voice coach calls out the exercise, the time and the countdown. The timer also shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. For rep-based exercises you enter the count yourself.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Weekly streak, day streak, personal records and 14 badges. Log your weight and waist if you like. With your permission, finished workouts are also written to Apple Health.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
No account, no server, no ads, no subscription. The app does not connect to the internet; everything stays on your iPhone. You pay once and everything is unlocked.

Çevik does not give medical advice. If you have a health condition, consult your doctor before starting.
