This is despite the app showing me as verified after providing banking details, national insurance number, passport details, address, linking cards etc etc. I still have not been able to withdraw the funds I have sitting in my CEX account. I am a UK customer and I used to be able to deposit money with my debit card. Then suddenly the card deposit option disappeared and now the app only shows crypto deposits. I contacted customer support and they told me they were migrating UK users and asked me to wait a couple of days. It has now been more than two months and nothing has changed. I have received no clear updates and no real solution. This has been very frustrating because I cannot use the service the way I used to. If you are going to migrate customers, at least keep them informed with honest updates instead of making them wait for months. At this point I am seriously thinking about deleting my CEX.IO account because I have completely lost confidence in the service. They forced me to sell my bitcoin and transfer cash via ACH and said “they don’t have to give a reason” DANGER they say what they’re doing is “legal” but they’re using the law to ROB PEOPLE. Bitcoin is up $1500 since they forced me to sell and they are still holding my money hostage, the transfer to my bank has been pending for 24 hours with no explanation.
