I’m paying for a subscription too but I’ll be canceling it cause I can’t even use it. Probably worse is they don’t seem to care since they aren’t actively updating it. It’s ridiculous in this day and age! So sad as they do have a great AI engine, but only on their website. Don’t pay for a subscription unless u see a current app update or you’ll be paying for absolutely nothing. ### 1/5 — Bugs and glitches…just horrible. *2024-07-03* I couldn’t even make an account. I completed it 5 times but the glitches were so bad it kept kicking me out and or had me sign in again. No thank you, nobody has time for that type of mess. 👎 ### 1/5 — Was fun for a bit *2024-07-01* Was really loving this app, specifically the ImageMix. I even paid the 3.99 monthly premium fee. However right after my last payment went through 3 weeks ago I’ve been unable to log in. As another user mentioned it just keeps having me enter login info, logs me in for a quick second, then immediately takes me back to the login in page. I’ve tried everything. Really disappointed as I’ve never been a fan of their website interface. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2024-06-27* I have tried deleting and redownloading so many times. It won’t work no matter how many times I try. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother you can’t get past the login screen! *2024-06-22* I continued over and over to login. It would login, go to what I can ONLY ASSUME is the feed and where you land at “home” once in the app. I know more then see the feed and before I blink it sends me back to the login screen!! OVER AND OVER AND OVER!! On iPad and iPhone! It’s ABSOLUTELY USELESS bc I can’t stay logged in long enough to try anything!! And 7 months since and update!!! Come on!! ### 1/5 — OTP not working *2024-02-02* Cannot access as the OTP is registered as invalid when entered, so I cannot sign in despite receiving an email to confirm my sign in. ### 1/5 — Existing member *2023-09-19* Does not show my subscription. So I can’t sign in unless I pay again. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2023-08-02* Every time I input the OTP code that I’m given to log in it tells me that it’s invalid. I’m a current Creative Fabrica (spark) subscriber and still unable to access the app. ### 1/5 — Logging in *2023-06-30* I was to log in one time, for about 2 minutes. Since then, nothing. I’ll give it awhile and try again down the road. ### 1/5 — OTP code not working *2023-06-19* I am creative Fabrica customer and downloaded the app. I signed in with my credentials and received the one time OTP code to sign in but it doesn’t work. I’ve submitted two different requests for a one time code and they’re both invalid. I love the results too. Also, it is so cool to be connected with other users of CF Spark. I feel like part of the community 🚀 ### 4/5 — Once OTP is fixed it’s gonna be fabulous *2023-07-08* I do know they are working on the OTP solution for those of us who are members both here on the app and the website. (I emailed them and they quickly responded) Customer service is amazing! As with any new app they gotta sort out the bugs. While I do try to log in everyday, when I successfully manage to get on the app is fantastic. It is just as it is on the website. I absolutely enjoy the Ai when I am needing something I just go type it in and boom. Love it. Keep up the good work. As soon as the kinks are worked out I’m sure it will be fabulous. I will then change my rating to 5 stars. 😊 ### 3/5 — Having an issue with sub.. *2023-11-13* I am a subscriber, but restore purchase doesn’t work. Went to support help through App Store and went in circles. Will contact support and see what they plan to do to fix or roughly how long. ### 3/5 — I know it’s new, but… *2023-06-20* It doesn’t do what they claim it will. I understand it’s going to be buggy. But my subscription doesn’t come through and the “Restore your subscription” option doesn’t work. Hopefully these will get resolved and I’ll change my rating. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs to fix *2023-07-10* This will be great once the bugs are fixed, but it’s really frustrating to use right now. Current issues include: does not show my subscription, followers, following, and the restore purchases link does nothing. Having to re-login and enter an OTP every single time I open the app is a hassle and super annoying. There’s a decent amount of lag, so when I clicked “Ignite” and nothing happened I clicked it a couple more times trying to force it to load, and then several minutes later three sets of images from that prompt started loading.
