Why let people download for free but it’s nothing there, just post $3.99for APP that’s it, if I don’t want spend money I don’t download it waste my time

**Developer response:** My app states at the beginning of the app store that it is a subscription system, and the charging standard is subscription period: one year. Fee: NT$100 (US$2.99). Where did you get the $3.99?
