The previous version used timestamps to detect new transfers, which caused it to silently miss real moves — including commits that happened but never appeared in the banner. After multiple attempted fixes, the entire feature was scrapped and rebuilt from scratch. The new version works differently: instead of comparing times, it remembers exactly which players you've seen and what their status was. Every time you open the app, it compares the current data against that record and shows you anything that changed. A player who committed since your last visit will appear. A player who entered the portal will appear. Nothing gets lost to a timezone issue or a timestamp that didn't line up. ### 1.2 — 2026-03-27 Bug Fixes • Fixed a data consistency issue where committed players were incorrectly shown as "Withdrawn" caused by a CFBD ID change that occurs when a player's status updates. Player statuses (In Portal, Committed, Returning, Withdrawn) now resolve correctly throughout the app. • Fixed notification settings not saving between sessions. Notifications • Daily Digest and Watchlist Alert notifications now deliver reliably to your device. • Tapping a notification opens the app directly to the relevant screen. • Notification preferences now persist correctly across app restarts. ### 1.1 — 2026-03-21 Conference Coverage Expansion: The app now covers all NCAA football conferences — not just Power 4 and Group of 5.
