Have tried many times to order but only got it to work once and then they did not give me all my drinks. Truly awful app. ### 1/5 — Be careful this app can overcharge *2018-11-03, version 4.0* I used this app, however when I went to collect the order it was not complete. I questioned this at the counter and was told they could only give me what was on their printout and they were not authorised to give me anything other than that. I showed them the app which clearly displayed that I had paid for the missing item. The counter assistant again refused to give me what clearly I had been charged for and told me to get a refund by emailing the app support. Three weeks on from having emailed them and even though I have sent proof in the form of their email confirmation that does not add up correctly, they have simply ignored this issue and kept the amount overcharged. ### 1/5 — Crashes within 10 seconds *2018-08-16, version 3.68* Every time I try to use this is crashes within seconds of opening. The system was down on two occasions and when it is working the drinks are not ready. I need to change my password and card details but the app does not give me the opportunity to do so. Give up - I’ll buy my food cheaper before I go in. I will always give a bad review if an app is not user friendly and this is certainly not. I want to give a no star review but unfortunately AppStore only allows a minimum of one star. ### 1/5 — Not Express at all *2022-02-06, version 4.3* Poor. We pre- ordered our drinks for half time, thinking we could go and collect them with the minimum of fuss. Unfortunately it wasn’t that simple. The area we were given ‘On the wing chicken’ for collection doesn’t exist anymore and is now a Vegan catering company and after having to queue twice and waiting 25 minutes and missing 10 minutes of the second half surrounded by equally frustrated customer I would rate this service as zero. Nobody could advise us, nobody knew where ‘ On the wing chicken’ was because it did not exist. On top of that the lady picked up the drinks from the first queue area we went to. Registering, then it won’t accept me because I haven’t ticked the terms and conditions box (I have though). Puff pastry pies NEED forks (not provided). First use took so long, like many others, that I missed the first 5 minutes of the second half! Will NEVER use again or eat in Stamford Bridge again. Very poor and inflexible app. Deleted it 2 days after first attempt to use it! Be warned! ### 1/5 — Nice idea but... *2019-08-30, version 4.1* The app used to work reasonably well and saved you money off the high F&B prices, but now my card has expired it won’t let me update the details (despite saying it has), rendering the app useless. ☹️ ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2019-05-01, version 4.0* Great app,super menu available up to 9 hours before game. Quick and easy to pick up in stadium as they have a separate CFC express line and saves you a few quid! Order stadium food and beer upto 48 hours before and no ques as you wait to pick it up? This is phenomenal! I hope all other stadiums across the country follow you! Brilliant ### 3/5 — Issues *2018-10-25, version 4.0* Worked well until my debit card expired. Then proved impossible to add the new card. In the end I deleted the app and reinstalled. It used to save my Paypal details but this has gone. Now it suggests it will save my Car card but it only saves for a few minutes then I have to put them in again.
