The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), hosted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), promotes and supports philanthropy through a program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees and retirees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all. Through the CFC Giving Mobile App, donors Can Be the Face of Change by supporting their favorite charities with monetary and volunteer gifts and locating CFC events like charity fairs and, fundraisers. New features to the 2021 Campaign: The mobile app now allows donors to have the same giving options as the online pledge experience. Donors can search and donate to charities to make recurring or one-time pledges using payroll, bank account, or credit card information. Employee pledges of volunteer hours can also be made to charities that have volunteer opportunities (identified with hand icons). The app supports Touch ID and Face ID for easy and secure access to giving accounts. I clicked on transactions and it has a block for campaign year. However, it will not let you put anything in, it just seems frozen. I tried several times and no luck. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Seems like the app is not connected to my account *2024-11-01* I *think* I'm logged in, but cannot view donation history and/or replicate past donations. Nothing on the page says "welcome, you!" or anything like that. I can search for individual charities and seems like I could donate, but with my uncertainty if I'm really logged in or not, I'm not following through on that. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2020-12-08* I was able to find a charity I wanted to support, but I don’t see any details about the percentage of donations used for management. Also, I don’t see how to set up a reoccurring donation. I was able to register and donate to various charities of my choice securely within minutes without any issues, and can rest assured that my money is going to charities that have been vetted properly. ### 5/5 — Easy way to pledge to charity of choice through Fed’s CFC while on the move *2019-12-07* Fed’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is open to employees, military, retirees and contractors.
