Then the small payment made days after, reflects in both my balance and my available credit? I don’t think they offer that amenity…? Also, had just made a past due payment to bring account current and 2 days later my payment was due again. They got me again with the late fee charged of $41.00! I was happy to receive this card but with these fee and I have to be ready for possible annual fee 🤦‍♀️ in addition that’s coming! ### 1/5 — Worest card ever *2025-12-31, version 2.1.40* I had told them I need to be on a hardship program I told them the check was in the mail and it arrived Monday, and than I found out they removed me from this hardship program. I have been paying my other bills and tryin to save and they are being very difficult at this point, they kept saying the late charges will be removed and it wasn’t when I was in the hardship program. You can, but it doesn’t actually do anything. This is such a poorly made app. I guess I should charge companies money to make garbage like this. Folks these are credit building cards and you should cancel them after a year after you have applied for a premium card like Discover or capital one, etc Don’t fall for the trap! I have two accounts with continental finance (Celtic Bank) I will be canceling one or both cards in the near future if these annual fees / monthly fee are not reduced or waived for a year. Ridiculous. This company is taking advantage of millions of people shame on you Celtic Bank , GREED is Evil ### 1/5 — Apps been broken for 2 months now *2025-12-02, version 2.1.37* You can’t hardly do anything with the app now. It’s been broken for a couple months. They push for you to sign up for paperless statements, but you can’t even click on the bars and hardly anything else shows up correctly. I’ve called customer service and reported it and they still haven’t fixed it. I’ve sent several messages through the app. And it’s still so broken. Three days ago I thought I finally managed to get the app to work enough for me to make a payment and I just checked by calling the number on the back of the card to verify my balance and transactions payments, etc., and go figure the payment did not go through on the app. This app is very very broken and they don’t seem to care to fix it. I travel at least 650 miles daily. Every other day when I attempt to get stuff. My card declines through Apple Pay. It’s a pain to carry around a wallet full of cards so I put my cards into my phone wallet so I don’t have to carry a bulky wallet. App itself is great. The company behind the app is questionable. If you’re gonna decline every other contactless transaction why offer it?? It’s a pain having to call in every time to verify it was me. N no I’m not gonna walk back out to my truck to get physical card. I think the card should be used at the gas pump and at hotels and casino what’s the point of having a credit card if you can’t do those things I also think we should be able to set up our own PIN numbers for the credit card instead of sending one out. It’s better than my other apps I’ll not give card or bank names but there well known credit cards.
