Non so se altri hanno avuto la mia stessa esperienza. Ho acquistato mesi fa con la vostra app 2 biglietti collettivi per la tratta delle mie figlie provenienti ieri sera da Bologna e dirette a Cagliari con il volo Ryanair. La navetta era prenotata per le ore 21 per la tratta Aeroporto Carloforte ma purtroppo il volo ha fatto un ritardo di 1 ora e per le mie figlie non è stato possibile prenderla. Nonostante le telefonate fatte tramite l’applicazione per altri Taxi e/o navette, telefonate a cari trasportatori,  nessuno è stato disponibile per il servizio. Per fortuna ho la macchina e ho potuto prenderle e recarmi con mia moglie all’aeroporto. Ma se non l’avessi avuta?
Posso capire che il disservizio sia in primo luogo della compagnia aerea (che tra l’altro non prevede mi pare questi rimborsi) ma trovo che ci sia una falla nel vostro sistema. Prevedete la disdetta del biglietto fino a 12 ore dalla partenza ma non prevedete soluzioni e/o rimborsi per evenienze di questo tipo. Non è possibile scaricare sui turisti e anche su di voi simili evenienze. Non trovo giusto perdere i soldi del biglietto e anche la sicurezza del trasporto per adolescenti che viaggiano credendo di farlo in piena sicurezza salvo poi accorgersi che non è così. I passeggeri vanno tutelati con accordi tra i servizi altrimenti non dovete prendere i soldi prima ma riservarvi di farlo una volta verificata la correttezza degli orari e dei trasporti. Noi amiamo la Sardegna ci veniamo da oltre 23 anni ma così non funziona.

Un modo semplice ed economico di raggiungere Carloforte. Un applicazione che rende le cose più semplice. Ed un eccellente servizio telefonico a supporto. Ti aiuta davvero, complimento all’iniziativa.
