A certified cashiers check shouldn’t take 2-3 days to clear. When you balance is over $40k. Why is there any wait time at all? I am starting to just use SGOV and VBIL in my brokerage to avoid all the games to get qualified interest. However, it’s almost 2019 and they have no idea how to design, implement and support an app. It rarely works, there is no iPad native app and they don’t even bother to update the locations. The one I joined by my house isn’t even shown on their locations map. If you only back in person, then this doesn’t matter, but, if you bank like most people (remotely) then you may want to consider a different bank. I also have accounts with BOK and their app works perfectly. ### 1/5 — Poor *2018-03-05, version 17.4.81* I have been with communication for many, many years and am seriously considering switching banks. I love the mobile applications that prevent me from having to drive to a branch since I don’t have one nearby, but the features like mobile check deposit literally never work for me. I have used it on multiple occasions and have had to try at least 4 to 5 times to have my checks go through. I have contacted the credit union each time and they say it is the app’s “sensitivity”. The other version was so much simpler to use & I could access my accounts so much faster. I'm all for bank security, but having to play 20 Questions every. Single. Time. I need to log into my account FROM THE EXACT SAME DEVICE is annoying. I'm thinking of switching banks because of the app. I'm a busy person & I need access to my accounts quickly. I have had to call in to their dedicated customer service line numerous times since launch. The app finds a way to freeze and lock your account even if you follow instructions and do your homework.
