I cannot access my money for nothing, it’s like they are holding it hostage!!! I guess they make their money off 50 dollar closing fees because I’m sure that’s what everyone who gave this bank a chance did. And I’ve been trying for a few months now. However, I was hoping that the app has been improved upon since they were posted. I now have to agree that the app is very basic and doesn’t provide the necessary functionality that I expected. I can’t even see what linked accounts that I have set up unless I try to make an external transfer. The real disappointment is the the website is even worse! I have defaulted to using the website instead because it never lets me sign in. It doesn’t recognize my password. But online recognizes it. It makes no sense. I have called customer service several times. They told me to use the website. This is not convenient! Tonight I went on the website to transfer money, but that is not working now.
