It has a constant error message along with another bank because they both try to reach a secure server. I can access both sites on a browser on my desktop, but not with the apps. I installed the latest update which said there were bug fixes but no change. The only change I have made lately is to add a vpn to my phone. The only really it doesn’t deserve the last star is because Touch ID (one of my favorite parts of the app) malfunctions quite often and needs to be unenrolled/ reenrolled.
