## What is CGT Aesthetics Staff Mobile?

The Staff Mobile App is an internal clinic application built specifically for providers and front-desk teams to manage daily operations efficiently. Integrated with Booker, it enables staff to view and manage appointment schedules, access detailed booking information, open and review patient profiles, and track treatment history in real time. Staff members can capture patient photos and tag them to specific services for organized clinical records, send product and treatment recommendations directly to patients, manage and view their appointment calendar, and initiate referrals when needed. The app also provides structured service information, including treatment details and care guidelines, helping ensure accurate and consistent patient communication. With secure staff authentication, role-based access, and an interface optimized for iPad use, the Staff App streamlines in-clinic workflows, improves coordination, and supports smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

- **Open the right service from your calendar.** When a patient has more than one service booked in the same visit, tapping a service on the calendar now opens that exact service — no more landing on the wrong one.

- **Patient age now shows correctly.** A patient's age now appears in the patient list whenever their date of birth is on file, instead of showing "N/A".

- **Clearer verification status.** On the patient profile, a patient who is already verified now shows a clear "Verified" status that is easy to read and no longer looks like a button you can tap.

- **Helpful guidance for camera access.** If camera access was turned off and you try to capture a treatment document, the app now shows a short message explaining that camera access is needed and offers a quick way to turn it back on in Settings.
