아직도 아이폰X 해상도 지원을 안 해주나요? 베트남 어플은 해주는데 한국 어플은 아직도 안 해주는 이유가 뭔가요?

Why is this app still not supporting the iPhoneX screen? I can see that you support the Vietnamese app but why are you still not supporting the Korean app?

앱을 업데이트후 앱을 실행하면 업데이트하라고만 안내창만 뜨고 실행이 안됩니다. 
업데이트 왜 하는 지 모르겠네요.

iPhoneX출시 된지 꽤 지났는데 그냥 UI만 업데이트 하고 iPhoneX 화면 지원은 없네요.
UI개선보다 기기 디스플레이에 꽉 차게 띄우는 걸 목표로 하시는게 좋은 것 같네요. 어플 왠만한건 풀스크린 지원 다 됐습니다. CJ One앱은 지원하던데 같은 그룹 소속인 CGV어플은 아직도 제자리걸음이네요.
아이디하고 비밀번호도 어플에서 바로 찾지도 못하네요.
고칠 점이 아직 많은 매우 불완전한 어플 같습니다.

The description for this app says that it's in English (not even that it has a Korean option)....but it has noooo English option and is only in Korean.  Why are u lying to both the Apple Store and the customers it make no sense other than u want people to download it and then delete it.  Don't bother.

매달 업데이트는 해야겠고, UI가 바뀌지 않으면 업데이트가 아닌건 같나요? 왜 왼쪽 상단에 있던 메뉴를 오른쪽으로 바꾸나요? 그본적인건 그냥 두지 업데이트 때마다 바꿔야한다는 강박이 있나요.

The whole app sticks out like a sore thumb between all my other ios apps because it’s so different (I don’t mean that in a good way), and the controls are so unintuitive.

Feels like they just smacked a cheap coat of paint on their android app, and put it up on the appstore. Not worth the hassle.
