I agree with the previous reviewer. If it actually worked like it’s supposed to, it would be invaluable. However, I can barely get it to load individual routes, much less save favorite stops. It’s a great idea, but it needs a LOT of work.

This app needs a lot of work. The biggest issue is it hardly ever actually loads any data. By the time you open and close it enough times and then wait forever for even a single route to load, there’s been no point in using it in the first place. I’ll be relying on and hoping for somewhat accurate static schedules published online until it improves.

Why even publish the app when it’s nowhere near ready?

I’ve given it time and it’s still not finished. It’s pathetic. And then CHT has the audacity to publicize it like it’s the next big thing. 85% of the time the data won’t load on any buses.

I literally just need one bus stop to have updated times for 1 bus, and I can’t even get that. I was so excited when this came out because we had been without bus tracking for so long, and then we get this abysmal attempt at a tracking app. 

If I could’ve given it 0 stars I absolutely would have. Waste of phone storage.

This app is broken. It may work 50% of the time. Just download the pdf bus schedule.

NextBus is not perfect but it works most of the time. CH Transit app is working sometimes. Needs a lot of development before CH decides to stop supporting legacy app.

This app is not ready to be the only bus tracker. Even on wifi it’s difficult to use and the data often doesn’t load

Arrival times and bus locations are very accurate. I like the ability to add favorites and see when my transfers will arrive. However, the app rarely loads (or refreshes) correctly, and I am left to guess when a bus may arrive.

Since it took almost two years to replace the old CH transit tracking app, I was expecting basic functionality when this one was released, but the app is very buggy, loads screens slowly and often only halfway, and, most frustratingly, is really unreliable in showing buses on the road in real-time, which is literally the only thing I need it to do. I’m not sure if the trackers on the buses themselves are the problem, or if it’s the app, but either way it has not improved my experience of traveling by bus in CH any more than not having the app at all.
