It can be a little clunky but for the most part it gets the job done! 👍🏻 I use it to pinpoint issues like potholes, faded road markings, streetlight outages, etc. The only real complaint is Chattanooga DOT fixing the problems properly the first time, as they have seemed to cut corners through many of the requests I sent in… Other than that, this is one of my go-to reporting apps! ### 1/5 — Privacy and Access Problems *2025-07-10, version 5.48.2* This app wants you to input your Google password into it if you're signing in with a Google account. If you try to get around this by signing up again with an existing email account and clicking "forgot password," you will receive a password reset link that is already expired/invalid. ### 1/5 — Major features have never functioned… like adding photos *2025-06-05, version 5.46.1* App is awful. It does not work. You cannot upload photos at all. I routinely type in a specific address that then the app changes??? It never functions. It’s insane how ineffective this app is. I hope they didn’t pay someone to build this ### 1/5 — No bulk trash or yard waste option *2024-03-28, version 4.3.0* In the Bulk Trash and Yard Waste section of the app, you do not have the option to select Bulk Trash or Yard Waste. There is no number to call to tell them. I assume my yard waste will sit there forever. ### 1/5 — Terrible, doesn't work *2022-03-27, version 4.3.0* This is the third time Ive tried to use this app on several different iphones. Various IOS, tried different settings with location services and notifications. I have never successfully submitted a request. I always get pop ups for "enter a valid address". My address has been valid since 1940. Ive never had any difficulty using it with anything else. Tried various forms of spelling of Road vs Rd, etc. No success ever getting past that point. Unless app. Deleting it, again. ### 2/5 — Needs work on IOS 15 *2021-12-08, version 4.2.1* This app is buggy on lastest IOS release. I continue to get a message “whoops you have no connection “ when I click submit on any screen when I do have a connection. Cannot submit a request or update my information. ### 5/5 — Worked for me! *2021-11-17, version 4.2.1* I needed a trash bin for my new place so I put in a request, which was processed within 15 minutes. Got the bin the very next day! Couldn’t be happier with the app. ### 1/5 — City Shred Bin *2021-07-01, version 4.2.1* This is the app you use to send your requests directly to the city shred bin. Nothing ever gets accomplished using this app. They just mark things complete without actually doing them. They’ll tell you your garbage bin wasn’t by the street when it has been for days. Or they’ll make up some reason not to do something. Anytime you (correctly) challenge them, you get gaslit by one of their incompetent reps. It’s your word against theirs. Of the 5-7 items I’ve put in, only one has actually been completed successfully, yet all have been marked complete. Zero follow up. If there was ever a case against government, this app would work fine as evidence. ### 4/5 — App Icon *2021-06-21, version 4.2* Why does the app icon say City of Lincolnwood, Illinois? 🤷🏼‍♀️ ### 4/5 — Convenient but mismatched picture *2021-06-19, version 4.2* The 311 ability to submit a request is helpful.
