### 1/5 — 決済の手数が多すぎる

過去のレビューと同様。クレカ決済登録済みだが、購入時にいちいち2段階認証を自販機の前でさせられ、パッと買ってパッと去ることが出来ない。
伊藤園のドリンクは好きなためこれからも利用したい。頼むからシームレスな決済方法へ改善して下さい。

QRスキャンをすると画面がエラーと表示されて出来ません。他の自動販売機を探してやってみても同じ結果です。昨年の9月頃もそんな事になって、なんとか他の自動販売機でPayPayでの購入が出来たけど、今は全くできません。早く直して欲しいです。

自販機にボードのようなもので貼っていて曲がってたり明るさが原因なのかもしれないが、それでは意味がない
撮影環境をこったが察して買わないといけない意味が分からないしそんなに都合良く喉は渇かない

PayPay決済で設定済みなのに、支払うからPayPayアプリが便利！→PayPayアプリ画面になるだけで、そこから決済出来ない。結局ブラウザでログイン→ID&pass入力必要で、まーーー時間がかかる。サッと買いたい。何のためにPayPay連動してる？？毎回毎回ブラウザログイン必要で、アプリに誘導するならそのまま決済出来るようにして…
ちゃんと改良する仕事して。大手なのにこんだけ他の自販機アプリと出来の差があるって中の人恥ずかしくないの…？

追記
PayPayはスムーズに使えるようになった。が、前の人がクイックペイ決済にしたのか、決済待ちのところで止まってる。もちろん人はいない。キャンセルも出来ないから、後の人がその自販機が使えない…
なぜ？？決済取り消し出来ないって、決済出来ない場合詰みません？それでその自販機ずっと使えない。
せめて中止ボタンやら初期画面に戻る方法を作ってよ…
ちなみにPayPayで決済中におつりレバーをいたずらで押されたら商品出て来ず決済だけ済んだ。(その後返金されたが…)
なんだかなあ…よく使う場所に伊藤園の自販機があるから、それ以外選択肢がなくて本当に困る

手順が多くてめんどくアプリですが、クレカ決済なら手順を減らせるため使ってました。
しかしアプデ後はたかだか160円程度の飲み物を買うのにもいちいちクレカの2段階認証 (クレカ会社からメールが送られてきて、そのメールの中に書かれているコードを入力する) が求められるようになりました。
開発者の方の頭が心配になります。

他の方も書いてある通り、手数が多すぎる。その上決済されたのに商品出てこなくて、返金されますって表示になったけど10分待ってもアプリ上は決済したことになってたり。
システム開発部の人仕事できなさすぎでは？委託先の企業の人が作ったのかもしれないけど酷すぎる。このアプリでOK出した上の人も仕事できなさすぎる。
今すぐ若い人に任せた方がいいよ。
