Last time, booked a cab for the station. Work train to get. Payment failed. Tried an alternative card, failed. Then, two cans show up! Has to call in and cancel one and wait four days for the charge to be removed. Then, at the station, the payment wouldn’t clear. Had to wait for text and paid again, with the same card! Just tried booking again, repeated issues trying to pay. Again. Gave up, deleted the app and downloaded a competitor app. Shame, drivers are always decent. ### 1/5 — Unable to prebook *2022-03-13, version 330.21.0* Unable to prebook on my wife’s SE - the option doesn’t appear on the screen (fine on my bigger iPhone 13 screen) ### 3/5 — Often works *2022-02-26, version 330.21.0* but now and again throws a wobbly and persistently says 'oops sorry something went wrong' or 'payment not completed'. So not reliable enough to depend on. The drivers are are brilliant but let down by the app. ### 1/5 — PreBoiking doesn’t work for me *2021-12-07, version 330.21.0* Not at all sure about this new release as can’t get prebooking to work. Once you have selected your planned date & time, when you return to the booking screen it loses the information and books your car for immediate despatch.
