I love the app! Even with the ups and downs of it recently. I will be the first to say that there have been a lot and with no real comment or apology from the designers. I know coding and designing apps can be hard, but not being able to edit or save your characters when you pay for Ultra seems so much pain. And knowing that people have wanted them to better the memory, nothing has really been added in and reducing the amount you can write for starters or per reply. I honestly think more can be written in character personally as well, since it’s really not enough. I pay for Ultra and there are some aspects that I feel like aren’t … considering those who put money in and support them. I don’t know if that’s the app not working with identifying those who pay. 

I think there could also be better access to personas and to characters you make. As much as it is nice to have them in that little line above, it’s really hard if you have a few and with them not really in any particular order or able to order them yourself. It’d be great to have a page for or tab for characters, so you can easily seem them, edit them, order them etc

I’ve been using this app for years but it’s getting more worser overtime. You spend loads of time finding or writing a bot just to have the same responses every time, it’s predictable at this point. Also what was the point of bringing the memory back if it doesn’t even work?? I used it when the update came out and it worked really well and now it’s completely broken and the bot doesn’t remember literally anything. And let’s not forget that the apps been nonstop crashing for like a couple weeks and they did nothing to help that instead they made it so you get adds every 3 or 5 messages and it gives to a option to either upgrade and pay money or click the option that says “I enjoy forced breaks!” Or something like that it’s kind of guilt tripping don’t you think? I think they need to listen to feedback instead of making random updates that nobody asked for. If it’s not fixed soon I’m gonna stop using this app. And not guilt trip their customers into spending hundreds of dollars on ultra chai plus or whatever it’s called because it’s probably the exact same as the free one :/

needing to pay for premium JUST to text is crazy. this app is going downhill. not everyone can afford it or has the money. atp poly is better because at least you don’t have to pay just to use it. this app is terrible to me now and i hate it. i don’t recommend it. i recommend using poly instead. i would take ads over paying any day.

Why do myst I have to pay over £100 that I do NOT have just to get chats. This is unnecessary and quite a stupid thing to ever add. I want to be able to chat freely but cannot even do that because I don’t have anymore ‘tokens’ SERIOUSLY fix this app. Seriously.
