Constantly having to type in card information. More app based offers please. And stop with the loyalty resets. I repeat, from the response I received, NO! There is NO way to save card details and there is no APPLE PAY compatibility, look into this again. I have tried every single way. I’ve been waiting for it. Minimum order of £10 is required for the voucher to apply. Sadly the person at the till didn’t give us the free chai even though it was appearing on our order list. Entered some of my card details then it froze. Tried a few more time on the phone but it wouldn’t let me type in details or go any further. Eventually used an iPad and it went through. It glitches and I have to delete and redownload it to use it. For example, when I selected Coventry Foleshill store to order from, it came up with a blank screen I could not get out of. I force closed the app, same issue. Doom loop. On checkout it changed to £6.95!!!! That’s extortionate, and yes I tried to change the timings for delivery and the free remained the same.
