I have won quite a bit of money and had no issues at all redeeming my winnings to my PayPal account. But now, within the past week, the option to use PayPal to redeem has been removed! My only option is to redeem directly into my bank account. That’s doable, but I would much prefer to use PayPal. When I asked the in-game Customer Service about it, they said that I had reached my “daily limit” of PayPal redemptions. What??? Since when?? I have often redeemed winnings more than once a day through PayPal; this has never been an issue. Besides, the day I was told this, I hadn’t even redeemed anything yet. Now, it has been over a week and still no PayPal available and no more answers from CS. It’s taking much longer for payouts compared to when I first started playing and the straw that broke the camels back and why I would recommend deleting this app is the Buy In feature. I usually play a couple hundred dollars worth on paydays and one feature they have is Make Up, on the Buy In feature which allows you to get a portion of your funds back after a week of playing. I uploaded a screenshot to show in 2 days I loaded well over 10 times, sometimes $50 sometimes $5 but I never got the rebate that I was supposed to get, I contacted customer service and submitted a screen shot to show I made well over the amount of deposits to catch up for the week and they sent the generic reply that someone would get back to me. Not only did no one reply, now a new week has started and the money that was due to me is not showing anymore. Prowess Spins is a much better app and they pay within a couple of hours. Update I had another bad experience with Customer Support which does not do their research, they tried to say I already received my reward but I advised them If they check their records, I was made to wait a week to get what I knew was due to me for playing daily and making purchases. I will be making a Tik Tok and Youtube video showing all the interactions, what their offer says how it offers opportunities for you to make up deposits and how they don’t care once they have your money. Support is another joke, they will close the chat over and over if they don’t like what you keep asking them. I had a $358 withdrawal and told this game site, the first person I talked to told me they found it but I was dealing with my bank’s fraud department since that’s what you have to do, that I saw it late and the closed the chat. Go figure that every person I chatted with in support after that said that they had nothing to do with it and that they were not a part of GoCity, the place of the withdrawal. Try another game, this one is not trustworthy and you don’t want to be playing games with support instead of the game itself.
