앱을 작동하고 영상을 틀기 위해서 들어가면 멈춰버려서 아무것도 할 수 없습니다. 다른섬이나 산으로 들어가도 반복된 현상이 일어납니다. 유료결제해서 사용하고 있는데 계속해서 이렇게 작동이 안되고 멈춤현상이 일어난다면 환불을 요청드리고 싶은 심정입니다. 빠른 해결 부탁드립니다.

아이패드에선 노래는 물론 전혀 소리가 나질않네요!
