Hello, I find it beneficial for my body, I have cerebral palsy and I can’t exercise like everyone else, but this lets me go at my own pace. Also love the music.

As someone who is physically disabled the  pelaton app or app fitness just isn’t for me this is perfect thank you so much I just did my first workout today and I will be buying my yearly subscription in 7 days
