They were just some terrible pictures and abstract instructions. Was very disappointed. It’s time consuming to have to stop and read the instructions to do the pose. It’s impossible to have a flow in the session when I have to stop and read the instructions. I am relearning how to walk after 57 straight days in hospital and 9 surgeries. I am extremely disappointed and feel TOTALLY MISLED!!! I selected to tone up everything , and followed some excercises based on dynamic excercises. It had a timer at the top and took around 10 minutes for the set.
