## What is Chakra Crystal Bowls?

Everything the chakra tradition uses to find balance: live crystal bowls, chanted mantras, and guided meditation. Start with one chakra, or take the Journey all the way from root to crown in a single sitting.

Sit with the heart when the day has been tender, or the throat when something has gone unsaid. Each chakra has its own bowl, its own note, and its own bija, the seed syllable the tradition gives it. 

The bowls are real crystal bowls, recorded, struck and rubbed the way a player would. What is made fresh is the performance, not the sound. In spatial audio each bowl sits in its own place, and on AirPods it holds that place as you turn your head.

Priya, one of Wuji's meditation guides, opens, accompanies, and closes each sitting, and what she says rotates, rarely the same way twice. Turn her off and sit with the bowls alone, or with the bija chant in her place.

The Journey walks all seven chakras in one sitting, root to crown, five to sixty minutes. A single chakra runs from five minutes to Timeless, which has no timer at all and plays until you end it.

A tanpura drone and a mandala that draws itself while you sit, both optional. A Bowl Tone dial shifts each chakra between Deeper and Brighter. Captions if you would rather read. Lock-screen art and controls keep the sitting going with the screen off.
