Looking for the sounds I can play while meditating. The timers make it easy to set a certain amount of time just for this self care practice.

I am glad I downloaded. It’s super simple but allows me to clear my heads with either the chakra specific sounds or some of the relaxation tracks it’s has. Plus the Mindful minutes integration is nice!

Once you start a trial you’ll hear sounds from the 7 chakras as well as a handful of other sounds. The timers make it easy to dedicate 5, 10 or more minutes at a time for meditation and self care.
