Explore seven guided flows from Root to Crown, with 49 poses, clear cues, timing, artwork, and safety guidance. Advanced movements are clearly identified so you can practice within a comfortable range.

MEDITATION FOR YOUR DAY

Choose 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, or 60 minutes. Use optional spoken inhale, hold, and exhale cues, or follow the quiet visual guide.

SOUND RITUALS

Listen to six bundled looping sound journeys created for reflection, relaxation, and focus.

VISUAL BREATHWORK

Follow a smooth breathing orb with optional haptic guidance. Choose Extended Exhale, Even Rhythm, or Long Exhale. Educational Findings explain general breathing concepts and the assumptions behind them.

PRIVATE PROGRESS

Track practice minutes, completed sessions, and your streak on your device. Completed sessions can sync between iPhone and Apple Watch without an account. There are no ads or third-party analytics, and the app does not intentionally collect personal or health data.

Use the watch-native breathing pacer with phase haptics, follow meditation and yoga timers, listen to sound rituals, review progress, and purchase or restore Premium from your wrist. One subscription unlocks both iPhone and Apple Watch.
