Many time complaints to school and school route it to this app and got call from app management however the caller was very rude no resolution till the day. As a parent we paid good amounts to school as fees and the school management uses such worst apps to make more profit. The school bus tracking about my niece travel are accurate and timely. which gives me genuine peace of mind.
