Worst delivery service ever, waited 4H for my order just to be told i needed to wait another 1H because the driver has orders to fulfill.

Great concept but the execution begs for more. I ordered and they called back saying 50% of my order wasn’t available. They said my groceries would arrive 9:07 PM, it’s currently 9:58 pm. The rider is also not answering his phone The service is not ready.

I ordered from a Melcom store and what I wanted wasn’t available. The customer service called me and found the product from another store for me. I was very impressed. And the delivery was fast .
