Me and my friends who live on the street we were playing with it and made a unicorn for a car and a shark for a car to so please fix. FOR ALL THE KIDS WHO GET IT ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2021-10-11, version Chalk Alive 2.1.5* This app and product is junk. The concept is cool. But no matter which stencil we use the only 3D image to appear in the app is the racecar. Now I have a devastated kid and overpriced chalk. Why not be able to enter a barcode that you did buy the product to unlock it? No instructions to unlock more images.. only two “boy” ones available to use. Horribly disappointing and needs correction to actually be usable as shown on purchase! False advertising!:( ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on concrete *2021-07-26, version Chalk Alive 2.1.5* My 6yo was really excited to receive this gift, but the app doesn’t scan her drawing our concrete driveway. Every time I try, one of two things happen: 1) it gives me an error message and tells me the chalk cannot be detected (even though we have tried using every color chalk we own), or 2) it inaccurately detects the racecar. We tried multiple times on each shape. She did the stencils perfectly and the app doesn’t recognize any of the shapes. Everything we’ve scanned (seashell, rocket, unicorn) comes out as a race car with the Chalk Alive logo and all the other shapes in the app are locked?? Horrible. My son used the stencil to draw an animal on our driveway with chalk. We took a picture using the app and an animated version of the drawing “magically” appeared to be on our driveway. I think younger kids would be the most impressed, but they would probably need some help.
