It seemed to be working at first, and I was assuming it automatically updated. But because of the rather poor graphics, I have never been entirely sure. And even though I have kept my phone charged and up-to-date and synced, the app has not been properly syncing. That is a bit of a disincentive, but if you’re in a competition just go out there and exercise and worry about all of this accounting stuff later The ChallengeRunner website is also a mess, but that is not directly the apps fault. ### 2/5 — Basically unusable *2022-08-03, version 2.9.2* My work is using this system to track a steps challenge. The app resolution looks like it’s set for an iPhone 6. It’s not scaled properly for phones made in the last 5 years. While I appreciate the concept I think the latest update complicated things, making it more cumbersome to navigate the app. Please make this more user-friendly. Often we have multi day or even month-long competitions and it doesn’t always sync properly. Also if I need to manually add steps or exercise minutes that were not tracked with my watch, it requires many taps and click throughs—Listing all dates on a screen and allowing you to edit they’re also would make more sense.Also if I manually change steps for a date in one challenge, it does not automatically update steps for the same date in any other concurrent challenge, so I have to go through all steps of manually updating in all pertinent challenges. ### 3/5 — Compatibility *2020-09-22, version 2.3.8* I use Fit Track, and it would be awesome if my information didn’t have to be input manually due to lack of compatibility. The UI is not user friendly. This app asks for access to Apple Health information but does not sync data. Tried to uninstall and start over but failed. Went hiking in an area with no data and none of my data was in app and I was unable to add the data because it happened two days ago. Terrible. In my experience, the app doesn’t always accurately capture the total number of steps that appear in other apps on my phone. I also have to take into account that I may not fully understand how to enter the data, or if I even have to.
