Hello there! Chameleon is a fun, engaging, social deduction game that you can play with anyone. Each player will get a word and a topic but the Chameleon will not know the word, while the Salamander will get a different word. Everyone will go around and say a description for the word. For example, if the topic is Foods and the word is Burrito, a Player can say "Wrap”. After everyone says their description, the group decides who they think the Chameleon or Salamander is for elimination! Find the Chameleon(s) and Salamander(s) before the Players eliminate each other! This is your moment to manifest your inner Sherlock as a Player, show your cunning, adaptive social Chameleon as a Chameleon, and embrace your deceptive mimicry as a Salamander! Also, when playing, you don't have to stick to the confines of the topic for any of the descriptions; you can add in some wordplay, nuances, inside jokes, and even be a troll...think outside the box! Let the games begin! This game can be played locally and online; playing locally allows for more clues from the non-verbal cues and subtle behaviors while online doesn't require physical presence. There is an additional Moderator mode, where a human Moderator can give out custom words and topics and facilitate the game. For Local and Moderator modes, everyone can either download the app or share the same device to play; the former would allow the players to have the topic/words on each of their devices while the latter method would allow for a fully offline gameplay. They will keep repeating eventually. Very, very, very, very sad. I am crying. The game is not any fun anymore, because I know all of the answers. I’m in tears. What a horrible oversight. It would take three minutes to add more words, or add more topics. It’s really really sad. I’m even more upset just thinking about it. I wish they had bots to fill in the gaps whenever needed. I cannot play local because I have no family members who like the game as much as me, and none of my friends have ever played it before. I assume they won’t want to try to learn it either.
