Works on my wife’s iPhone, but not on mine, really frustrating, please fix this bug it has been around for over 6 months! ### 2/5 — Missed the train as a result of using this app! *2020-02-25, version 13.013* I have been staying in the centre of Chamonix and planned a ski trip to Vallorcine by train. I was about 5 mins walk away from Chamonix Mont Blanc station and 6 from Aiguille du Midi. Bizarrely, the app has no rail timetable info and no links to any, so I had to find the timetable using Safari. I discovered that I needed to go to Chamonix Mont Blanc station, so I looked at the transport map on the app and tapped the train station icon nearest to my accommodation, which was in the location I now know to be the Aiguille du Midi station. Unfortunately what then comes up on the screen is a text box saying, ‘74400 Chamonix Mont Blanc’, so I assumed that was the station I needed, walked to it and missed the train I had been planning to catch. The only other two people at that station had also used the app to try to get to Chamonix Mont Blanc station and they were not very impressed with it either. Surely someone else must have pointed out this problem with the app already? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Clunky nightmare *2026-04-03, version 20.3* Seems very buggy. Quand je viens dans la vallée l’été, je consulte la météo qui est précise, les horaires des transports et des bennes et les nouvelles règles. It’s a real mess if you don’t know the name of a piste, or if you easily want to see how many reds are open for example. The standard in every other ski resort I’ve visited is for the runs to be grouped according to colour.
