We have some of the greatest medical personnel that exist in the world, but the business of our healthcare system is broken. 

There are three main reasons:
      - Lack of Price Transparency (if you don’t know what you are going to pay for care, before you receive it, it is not fair)
      - Lack of Provider Competition (it is a good thing when medical providers and facilities compete for your relationship)
      - Lack of Consumer Education (healthcare doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive)

If we keep doing what we have been doing, we will keep getting the same results. INSANITY - Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. In order for our results to change, the way we THINK and ACT needs to change. It is time for change. Welcome to the future of healthcare! Champion Care is a revolutionary health services membership designed to put Americans back in control of their day to day healthcare and costs. Champion Care removes the time and financial barriers to receiving care. We provide access to a free app that is simple to use and provides you with access to all services in one location, including (not all service plans include all service options):
     - Virtual Primary and Urgent Care- $0 Cost
     - Virtual Mental Health- $0 Cost
     - In Person Urgent Care- $0 Cost (up to $150 per visit, up to 6 visits maximum per year)
     - Labs- $0 Cost (approximately 1,200 labs in the formulary, including: blood, urine, cytology, pathology and cultures)
     - Generic Rx- $0 Cost (1,000 formulary options and includes acute and chronic medications)
     - Care Navigation- $0 Cost (access our concierge care team, standing by ready to help you find the best care, from the best providers, at the best prices)
